Description

The Malaga Green Logistics Park is a logistics complex located in the city of Malaga. It comprises one plot of land with a total area of 73,500 m² which will be developed with sustainable logistics platforms and a cross docking terminal.

The project will be developed in line with the most exacting energy efficiency and sustainability standards, helping to keep CO2 emissions to a minimum throughout the entire supply chain including via the installation of rooftop solar panels. It will also be BREEAM certified.

Location and access

A superb location and excellent infrastructure will make Malaga Green Logistics Park a logistics platform like no other, conveniently situated in Malaga’s tier-one distribution zone, in one of the province’s most coveted areas.

The park is located on the Santa Teresa Industrial Estate, with access via the A-7, the main motorway that connects to the Costa del Sol.

Layout plots
