The Tortona Green Logistics Park is a logistics project located in the Piedmont province of Northwest Italy, on a site with a total area of more than 300,000 m2.
Two warehouses with an approximate buildable area of 153,236 m2, are located at a key logistics point between two highways, the A7 and A21.
The Tortona Green Logistics Park, like all of Green Logistics by Aquila Capital’s logistics projects is being developed following strict energy efficiency and sustainability standards in the supply chain and construction process to reduce CO2 emissions. Measures include green and sustainability certification, the installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic panels and carbon footprint offsetting.
