Since 2012, Aquila Group has invested in the green logistics sector combining environmental and economic efficiency, thereby reducing the impact of its investments on the environment. Aquila Group has a strong track record in this area, and now has green logistics facilities in Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy.


Aquila Group’s logistics investments comprise development projects as well as existing, long-term rented properties. The company’s transactions since 2012 have amounted to more than EUR 1,167 billion on a total rentable area of around 1,131,000 m2.
