Location and access

This project is based in Azambuja, occupying a strategic location in Lisbon’s core logistics market. This is a prime location for big box logistics, with several well-known national and international companies in the area.

The logistics park offers connectivity by road, air and sea. It is well connected to the international airport just 40 minutes away and to a motorway junction with connections to the A-1 and A-10 highways that link Lisbon and Porto with Spain. The railway station Vila Nova da Rainha is located directly in front of the property.

The deepwater Port of Sines and the Port of Lisbon can be reached from the logistics park in less than an hour.
