Aquila Capital reinforces its Green Logistics team in Italy with the incorporation of Ruggero Caso as Senior Commercial Manager

Aquila Capital, a German sustainable investment management and asset development company focused on generating and managing essential assets on behalf of its clients, has appointed Ruggero Caso as Senior Commercial Manager Logistic for its Green Logistics business in Italy.

Ruggero Caso has almost 20 years of experience in the Luxury Market, Real Estate and Asset Management sector at an international level. Before joining Aquila Capital, he worked in Switzerland for Tarchini Group as Senior Leasing and Development Manager, managing the assets of the Swiss Company and their development. Previously, he worked as a Senior Retail and Leasing Manager for Value Retail, one of the most important European players in Commercial Centres (Bicester Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas, La Vallee Village, Fidenza Village), as well as General Manager for the Italian market for the Spanish firm Neinver, another well-known company in the retail sector, owner of some of the most important commercial assets in Europe.

Ruggero Caso studied at the Alma Mater Studiorium University in Bologna and holds a master (RICS certified) in Business Management and Real Estate.

With the appointment of a Senior Commercial Manager for logistics in its office in Milan, Aquila Capital reinforces its growth strategy for the Italian market. From his position, Ruggero Caso will be in charge of detecting new asset opportunities and identifying companies which demand modern and sustainable large-scale storage space at prime locations. Ruggero Caso joins Aquila Capital’s growing team in Italy, which is composed of several professionals dedicated to the different business areas which the company is developing in the country: logistics, renewable energies, energy efficiency.

All Green Logistics projects are planned under energy efficiency and sustainability standards and include the projection of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the buildings, BREEAM certification and the offsetting of CO2 emissions.
